JPR is a specialist investment builder who supply a stream line, turn-key, sale or tenant ready product to our community of investors, we create home designs to suit our targeted Greenfield growth zones. We provide turn-key inclusions as standard on all projects, and we supply professional colour guides to choose from prior to construction.

Our stream line, uncomplicated process creates minimal overheads, allowing us to construct homes at wholesale prices for ourselves, our partners, and our community of investors.

CONSTRUCTION

COMPLETION

JPR work with leading land developers to source lots to meet our strict investment build criteria. Land must suit our current house designs with minimal site works for maximum return.

JPR work with reputable architects, engineers, surveyors and certifiers to bring your project to a construction compliant stage (CDC). Preliminary agreement in place

JPR provide turn-key fixed priced "Designer Inclusions" on all projects. External and Internal colour guides are selected and a Tender Proposal is presented based on selections.

Turn-Key fixed price contracts have been signed, inclusions and colour guides approved. From here JPR manage all faceits of the construction phase with our reputable suppliers, contractors, and in-house team of carpenters / builders.

We look to complete all projects within 4 months of recieving construction approval, your property will be complete and ready for sale or tenants.
